Volkswagen Amarok and Ford Ranger likely to miss out on electrification

The dreams of a hybrid or full-electric Ford or Volkswagen dual-cab ute for the global market could be over before they begin, with a senior Volkswagen official stating electrification of their range won't include the Amarok at this stage.
