2018-20 Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 recalled for wiring fault

Mercedes-Benz Australia has recalled 1413 examples of the 2018-20 Mercedes-AMG GLC 63. According to the recall notice lodged with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), "a short circuit impacting the vehicle's electronic system may occur if the positive wiring to the starter motor becomes chafed. "This wiring may become chafed as a result of regular vehicle use.
