Suzuki Jimny is the little car that could: hits new sales record, wait list still 12 months

The fun-size four-wheel-drive, the Suzuki Jimny, has set a new sales record in Australia, as the waiting list continues to stretch up to 12 months on certain models. Suzuki has sold more Jimnys in the first nine months of 2020 (1474) than it did for the entire 2019 calendar year (1391). The September 2020 result was an all-time monthly record for the Suzuki Jimny, with 325 reported as sold, accounting for one in four – or 25 per cent – of all Suzuki deliveries in Australia.
