Skoda tops Australian customer satisfaction survey

Skoda has taken out the latest Roy Morgan customer satisfaction survey, with a 97.5 per cent satisfaction rating among its custmers. That's above the industry average of 92.6 per cent in Roy Morgan's metrics, based on responses from 50,000 customers surveyed between April 2017 and April 2018.
