2022 Jeep Gladiator gains tonneau cover, sports bar accessories

You can now order a Jeep Gladiator with a soft cover or hard roller shutter for the tray, alongside a black sports bar.

The 2022 Jeep Gladiator is now available with a selection of Australian-developed accessories to keep items safe in – and the ute’s appearance fresh outside – the tray.

Now available to order from Jeep dealerships, Gladiator buyers can option a fabric soft tonneau cover, a power-operated aluminium roller shutter, or either of these combined with a black sports bar.

The soft tonneau cover is said to offer “excellent water management” and “a bungee system for transporting bulky or over-sized loads”, while the ‘RollTrac’ electric shutter is controlled by buttons at the corners of the tray, and adds a lockable storage box at the front of the load area.

Pricing (including GST and fitment) spans $935 for the soft tonneau cover (on its own), $2424 with the soft cover and the sports bar (a bundle), $4617 for the RollTrac electric shutter (on its own), and $5351 for the rolling shutter and the sports bar (bundle).
