Ford Ranger gets the Roush Performance treatment

US tuning company Roush Performance has released an upgrade package for the Ford Ranger in North America. A side-exiting exhaust and some Fox shock absorbers are the only mechanical changes to Ford's dual cab ute, with most of the items in the package being visual upgrades. As the exhaust system relates to the 2.3-litre petrol turbo engine fitted to US models, it's no good for Aussie Ranger models.
