Tesla places last in US quality study

Electric vehicle maker Tesla has placed last in a US-based study that surveys problems reported by buyers of new-cars within the first 90 days of ownership. Conducted by J.D Power, the Initial Quality Study (IQS) uses a metric of ‘problems per 100 vehicles’ (PP100), ranking overall brand quality with a numeric score – the lower, the better.
