VFACTS: August 2019 new car sales detailed

Australians purchased on average 358 fewer new cars every selling day throughout the August just gone, compared to the same month in 2018. VFACTS data compiled by the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries (FCAI) and released today showed August 2019 was the 17th successive month where sales fell relative to the corresponding month in the previous year.
