2020 Porsche Taycan revealed: 1050Nm of torque and 0-200km/h in under 10 seconds

Porsche may not have been the first German marque to the market with an electric vehicle, but it sure has ensured the Porsche Taycan lives up to its name as a proper Porsche. Loosely translated, Taycan means "soul of a spirited young horse", and is pronounced 'tie-kahn'. Initially, the Taycan range will launch with two variants: Turbo, and the pinnacle Turbo S model.
