Holden Trax, Barina, Cruze recalled in QLD and NT

Holden has added 2013 Trax, 2012-13 Barina and 2010-13 Cruze models registered in the Northern Territory and Queensland to the Takata recall list. As is the case with all cars included in the Takata campaign, affected vehicles are fitted with airbags where high temperatures and humidity can make the propellant degrade. If an affected vehicle is in an accident where the airbags are triggered, the housing could rupture and metal fragments could shoot out and injure (or kill) occupants.
