More images of the next-generation Aston Martin Vantage have appeared online, with the latest set of photos reportedly part of a teaser used in an invite for prospective buyers.
These latest images give us a glimpse of the new Vantage’s LED lighting signature at the front, as well as the rear of the GTE racer and its mountain of a rear wing.
Like an earlier teaser for the standard car’s rear, the latest image has the new car hidden beneath a sheet, giving just a hint of the car’s shape.
An earlier round of photos in August featuring a camouflaged prototype at test track, as well as patent drawings, has already revealed the new Vantage will take a lot of styling cues from the DB10, a special produced exclusively for the James Bond movie Spectre.
Under the bonnet, the new Vantage is expected to feature Aston Martin’s tuned and modified version of the now ubiquitous AMG 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8. As used in the larger DB11, the AMG V8 produces 375kW of power and 675Nm of torque.
In all likelihood, a version of the DB11’s 447kW/700Nm 5.2-litre V12 will be plonked between the front wheels at some point in the future.
